Endometriosis Awareness takes place across the globe during the month of March with a mission to raise awareness of “the invisible disease”, which affects an estimated 176 million women.

Endometriosis can have a devastating effect on quality of life due to the painful symptoms; it is the biggest cause of infertility in women, and it carries a huge personal and societal cost!
Awareness to highlight these issues – and to call for investment into research – is happening within local communities, regionally, and nationally, and provides an opportunity to raise funds for research into better treatments!

Purpose

If you or a loved one are living with Endometrisosis, I want you to know you are not alone. After more than 18 excruciating years with Endometriosis I was so conditioned to the pain it was hard to imagine life without it. Much less that the right type of surgery would be a such a life changer for me. There is no cure for Endometriosis, but I am here to tell you that there is help to be had. There is hope. I want to shortcut the years I spent searching information by sharing the resources here that helped me get where I am today. Please be aware that since Endo and Infertility often go hand in hand, Infertility is part of my story I will be sharing.
